Shipping policy

We partner with Printify’s global print network to produce and ship your orders. Most items are made to order and typically leave the facility within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted to production. Production time can vary by product, print provider, season, and order size.

Estimated transit times (after production):
Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping generally delivers in 2–5 business days. Express Delivery (where available) arrives in 2–3 business days across the contiguous U.S. (not available for AK/HI).
International: Typical delivery window is about 10–30 business days, depending on destination, carrier, and customs. In some cases, international shipments may take up to 2–4 weeks.

During peak seasons and holidays, carriers may apply temporary surcharges and experience delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, customs, and carrier capacity.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided once your order ships and is automatically synced to Shopify; you’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking details. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels with different tracking numbers. Some providers or routes may use untracked services in limited cases.

Order routing & customs: To reduce transit time and customs delays, Printify may route orders to a print provider closer to the delivery address (geo routing). When routed locally in the buyer’s region, customs duties can often be minimized or avoided; when cross-border shipping is required, any duties/VAT are the recipient’s responsibility.

Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to an incorrect or insufficient address. If an order is already in production or shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Undeliverable/returned to sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship once you provide a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, damaged, or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or from the estimated delivery date for lost items) with photos and your order number. After verification with the print provider, we’ll arrange a free reprint or refund as appropriate. Returns are generally not required for damaged/misprinted items.
