Thank you for shopping with Xeaper (operated by Webly Studio, Inc.). Each of our products is made on demand and customized for you. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it explains the only situations where returns or refunds will be accepted.
Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production.
Once an order is sent to Printify or a production partner for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@weblystudio.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
We accept returns or issue replacements only under the following circumstances:
Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
After verification, we will issue a free replacement or refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong design, color, or size compared to your order confirmation, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos).
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order was lost in transit or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, we will verify with our fulfillment partner and re-ship the item at no additional cost.
Refunds and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (e.g., “I don’t want it anymore” or “ordered by mistake”).
Wrong size, color, or style ordered by the customer. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing.
Minor variations in color tone, brightness, or print placement due to the printing process.
Items lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but claimed as not received.
Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered after delivery.
Personalized or custom designs approved by the buyer prior to printing.
Returns are only accepted for issues listed in Section 2 (defective, damaged, wrong, or missing items).
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Contact us at support@weblystudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
Once approved, we will provide detailed return or replacement instructions (including the designated return address if required).
Do not send items directly to Printify unless instructed. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
After the issue is verified, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees and insurance (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Replacements are shipped at no extra cost to you once approved.
All Xeaper products are made on demand using Printify’s global print network. Because each item is custom-made, small variations in print placement or color are normal and not considered defects.
Xeaper and Webly Studio, Inc. partner with Printify-approved facilities for printing, packaging, and shipping of your orders.
Xeaper (Webly Studio, Inc.) is not responsible for delays, damages, or non-deliveries caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs delays, labor strikes, or carrier disruptions.
